Eicon Property Management Inc. has been taking care of our condominium corporation for over 2.5 years now. As with any change over, there are hurdles and road blocks to over come. These were tackled head on and resolved quickly. Jeff Eidt, owner, is our property manager and conducts himself with a level of professionalism that is unmatched. The staff in the office is kind and courteous. Response to inquiries is handled in a timely manner. The new accounting system is easy to learn and to work with. As a Board member, it is imperative to have a good accountant and an auditor assigned to the corporation. All in all I would highly recommend this property management company.

As a volunteer board member we were faced with a property management company that fell short of expectations. This company is a joke. They never returned phone calls. They never follow up with grass cutting. They don’t follow up with everything that we’re paying for. We don’t have a watering schedule complete joke. Very disrespectful to all the tenants you place service tickets they don’t respond run far away from this property management company as they don’t do their job

Jeff Eidt, he is the president of Eicon Management but maybe a scammer at the same time. I asked Eicon management to provide a status certificate but he emailed me to pay him directly $150. So I e-transferred him and realized "The Condominium Act allows for the Prescribed Fee for a Status Certificate to be up to $100, inclusive of HST (if applicable). By law, the corporation may not charge you more than $100 to prepare the certificate, including taxes and materials." Jeff charged me $50 more, he is the president of Eicon management but maybe a scammer at the same time!!!
