Silvergate continues to impress! We had the pleasure of purchasing a Silvergate home in 2019, and from the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away. The wide baseboard trim, high ceilings, quartz countertops, and professionally designed kitchen were just the beginning. The floor to ceiling windows allowed for an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Now, as proud neighbors to the newly developed Harbourtown Village, we are once again amazed. The attention to detail in the exterior landscaping is truly remarkable. They are going above and beyond by installing additional trees, shrubs, walkways, and even gazebos. It's clear that they are committed to creating a beautiful and welcoming community.

We can't say enough about the incredible team at the sales center. Kelly, Gail, and Alison have been absolutely amazing. Gail, in particular, has gone above and beyond to keep us informed about the progress of the development. She has been working closely with our friends and family, helping them make the right choices when it comes to selecting the perfect plan and lot. We are so grateful for her dedication and the extra effort she has put into ensuring everyone is well taken care of.

A special shout out to Gail for her outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction. We truly appreciate all that she has done for us and our loved ones. Happy holidays to all!
