Great experience with Sarah! This was the first time we had to sell a property and Sarah was knowledgeable and confident in what she does. She was quick to answer any questions we had and offered advice in prepping and staging our house. She made our selling experience smooth and comfortable. Her write up and video was well done with valuable and unique to the house/area information for the buyers. To top it off while waiting for things to firm up she went above and beyond to hang the sold sign in the night so we could wake up and be surprised 🙂 I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
