When we first. moved here, new to St. Catharines and back to apartment living after 40 years in houses, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They are amazing people who truly care about their residents. Our building is very well maintained. Any concerns( of which we have had very few) are handled quickly . We would recommend 610 Lake Street to anyone looking for a friendly, quiet, safe place to live.

In order to maintain the building security we have enjoyed since we moved here, we would like to see the camera that used to be in the front entrance replaced and one added to the back as well.
There have been a few recent incidents of strange men trying to gain entry late at night. This week, a few car windows in the back parking lot were broken . Obvious security might be a great deterrent as it is in places of business.

Well, I haven’t lived in Regency Towers yet I would love to live at the Regency Towers in either building but at the time I had a dog who was over 25 pounds so I was told I could not live there with my dog cause he was 34 pounds so at this time I now have three cats and no dog my dog passed away four months ago anyway maybe one day when me and my brother decide to sell my parents house. My mom is still with us and then after my mom has left us. Then we will be looking to sell our parents house then maybe regency towers would be a place to go to only if I’m able to come there with three kitty cats I have if not if the answer is no to my kitties then that’s fine. I understand. Everybody has their own rules. But I had friends that lived at the Regency Towers years ago, and my cousin‘s wife also lived at the Regency towers so what a beautiful apartment building you people have thank you and I will be calling when I sell my house due to downsizing that would be the reason Thank you and Georgia Howard bye ❤️❤️🙏🙏 Yeah

I lived in Regency Towers for a few years and my Nan and Grandad lived in a separate apartment for approx 10 years. Linda and the rest of the team were nothing short of amazing. So friendly, kind, and compassionate. I highly recommend renting here!!
