Our family has worked with Ben for about three years now. He and his business partner John walked us through so many houses on our search for our dream home. He was so patient on our search, never once pushed us to make an offer, and he always gave us his honest thoughts about how each house matched with what we were looking for. When we finally found our dream house last year, Ben and John worked tirelessly to get our old house listed and sold. Ben Ellens is, in fact, an award-winning realtor! In the past two years, he has successfully marketed and sold two houses and a 15-acre piece of vacant rural land for us. The land had been listed for two years without an offer until Ben assumed the listing in the late spring of 2020, produced an amazing drone video which was marketed on social media and found us a buyer by early summer who has since built his dream home! Sold – with a top price in the area! The first house was our family home of 40 years. In mid-2020, we wanted to downsize so Ben used his astute appraisal skills to help us set our price and we got it. He also coached us through a purchase of a bungalow for a price that was fair to the vendor and ourselves. Unexpectedly, in July 2021, we had the opportunity to sell and purchase another house.
