I honestly can’t say enough good things about Glenn. Our home-buying journey wasn’t a short one — it took us over four years of searching on and off all over the Niagara region to finally select our second home, and through it all, Glenn's patient, kind, and non-pressuring nature really helped us get there.

We often utilized open houses as not only a new home searching activity, but also just an entertaining outing. We weren't always serious about the properties we looked at, but we found it fun and educational to go look. We were not in a rush to find our next home, so we casually looked on and off, often not seeing any houses for months at a time. We met Glenn randomly at an open house we went to one day, and just seemed to vibe with him during the walk around. The next time we seriously wanted to look at a house - we called him up and asked him to show us.

Right from the start, it was clear he wasn’t just another agent looking to make a sale and move on. He was easy-going, super patient, and genuinely cared about us and what we were looking for. I know, this sounds cliche, but trust me. He never once pushed us or pressured us to buy something that didn’t feel right for us (and it never did feel right until the end). He was always there when we needed him, ready to jump in and show us a place at the drop of a hat, even when we called him last minute after months of silence. We were very much the "we'll find one and let you know" type, and he was patient enough, yet unwavering in his consistency, to always be there when we called upon him asking to view a property the next day, after months of silence. We did this for years, and he never once failed to be there right when we needed him.

What made him stand out even more was how straight-up and honest he was. Every house we looked at, he gave us the full picture — the good, the bad, and everything in between. No sugarcoating, no sales pitch, just the facts as he saw them. He had a great eye for details and wasn’t afraid to tell us when something wasn’t worth it. He also seemed to be great at almost mediating between my partner and I. When we disagreed on something, he seemed to be able to relate to both us on the positives and negatives and mediated a bit between us without ever seeming like that's what he was doing. On top of all that, he always had a solid list of trusted pros that he advised we could call upon if we decided to go with the house that needed a little extra touch once we moved in. He was always saying "I've got a .... I know that is great and can fix that right up for you". A home inspector, plumber, HVAC tech, or even advice on water filters — he had someone in his back pocket. He was quick to point out fatal flaws, but also had an honest "here's what I think it would take to touch that up, and here's what it would like look" attitude.

When we finally found the one, he advised us that he was going to try and pull out an old-school move that honestly made all the difference. He picked us up and took the time to drive us to show up in person and hand-deliver the offer to the seller. We waited in the car, but he suggested the seller may want to meet us (they didn't at that time but we met them later - wonderful people) And he didn’t stop there — he presented a little story about us, who we were, why we’d been searching so long, and why this house meant so much to us. Why we would be a good fit and related our backgrounds to the sellers background, making that extra personal connection. That extra bit of heart and effort sealed the deal. The seller connected with our story and ended up picking our offer over someone else’s.

Bottom line — if you’re looking for an agent who’s honest, patient, won't pressure you, is unwavering in his commitment and truly has your back, this is your guy. He's simply a good person, and you won't be disappointed. I will not hesitate to call upon his services again !
