One of the best property management company in Windsor. They are very knowledgeable, specially Jamie. He knows all city laws and regulations which comes in very handy for both the tenants and landlords. If there was maintenance ticket created he makes sure that the problem is resolved on timely manner. My
2 years went very smooth with property hunters.  The management always made sure maintenance was done on time within 24hr. if there is any issue, they fix it right away! Christine, the CEO have an Amazing TEAM! ?

From my experience as a tenant, Jamie seems to be much nicer than the previous maintenance manager Linda. Considering it being a small business trying to save money for both landlords and tenants, there's a delicate balance they have to maintain to be able to keep both landlords & tenants satisfied -- not a easy job.

Before I moved in, I asked for a shower curtain rod installed in the bathroom (only the rod, not the shower curtain itself, as I didn't expect any landlord to provide shower curtain). Jamie installed both a rod and a simple shower curtain. Even though the shower curtain is not a shining expensive one, it works just fine. So I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated it.

Windsor Landlords - PLEASE do yourself a favour and stay away from this rip off/joke of a property management company. I trusted them to take care of my properties and they decided to take advantage of a loop hole and charge me exorbitantly for unnecessary work being done. The owner has a NASTY attitude, completely unprofessional. When she was caught clearly taking advantage of her contract she was ridiculously rude. I would recommend any Landlord manage their property themselves rather than be scammed.

March 23rd 2023- Wanted to add how fast and efficient this team is. Our furnace stopped working during the ice storm when everyone else in the city was having issues, very next day, had a new one installed. On top of that, our dryer stopped working, got someone out to fix it as soon as possible. Very happy happy positive experience with this team mode again !!
