We had the great pleasure to represent Millennial Developments in the sale of one of their remaining units at a townhouse complex in Kelowna. In the process we had the opportunity to work with many of the team. It's abundantly clear that everybody in the organization truly cares, and really want to deliver an exceptional experience to everybody they work with, from agents, to trades, and ultimately to the end user - the purchaser. And, their warranty/deficiency expert made it clear that they will be there long after the purchaser moves in; they want homeowners to be happy and truly stand by their product. I never post reviews but thought this one was deserved. I’ve purchased new builds twice in the past and my purchase with Millenium was by far the best. I admit the building was delayed, but overall, it was worth it. Some of the biggest differences I noticed compared to our other purchases was overall communication and possession process. All throughire process, we always felt we were informed and the information leading up to the possession was pretty clear. More importantly, we were always able to talk with the developer about the process if we had questions and we did.

Also the possession process was incredible! We got to look at the unit before possession and point out any defects or mistakes that were made (norlmal process for new homes). Briana and Devin? were awesome! We were surprised with how great the unit looked, but they were quick to highlight a bunch of littles things to fix up that we didn’t even notice and we appreciated it. Our unit is really nice and the common amenities are amazing!

Also on possession day, Devin was with us for almost an hour to show us absolutely everything in our unit and the building. He showed us where everything was, how it all worked, and even helped with the valet one app - so cool! In the past, people handed us keys and essentially left us to figure it out on our own. Well done on this project, professional, and would buy again in the future.
