My husband and I were lucky enough to find Derek Nyrose through a listing when we were searching and plotting an out of country move for nearly a year prior to this actually happening. We got to know Derek really well as he searched high and low for us for for all that time. We were lucky enough to be introduced to Jen & Darcy of Nyrose & Associates back in 2013 when we were looking to purchase our first home in Kelowna, after moving to the area. We weren't the easiest of clients, having to come up to speed on a new market in a hurry. Jen was patient and most importantly listened to our feedback as we literally looked at every available property in a short period of time. Rob stuck with us through it all for the entire 8 month process and was knowledgeable about every single property type. We went to probably over 20 house showings with him and he had great professional input on all of them.

Rob also works as part of a knowledgeable team, which was a real asset for us. He was able to tap into the expertise of his colleagues to help us with everything from financing, legal advice, construction and home inspections. We really appreciated having access to this wider network of resources.

Finally, we were really impressed with Rob's ability to get us showings. We saw many different properties, and Rob was able to schedule a number of different showings for us immediately. He was always on top of the latest listings, and he was able to get us in to see the properties we were most interested in right away already having done his homework about the property and being well prepared.

Overall, we would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and communicative realtor. He went above and beyond for us every step of the way, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome of buying our first home with him. Thank you, Rob!

Danny and Darcy were awesome! Not an easy market to navigate but we were really pleased with both the process and the outcome.
