Very professional and very helpful throughout the entire process - highly recommended if you need a professional to help you secure a mortgage or any other financial related assistance.
Alan was instrumental in helping us secure our first home purchase recently for both obtaining a great rate and ensuring all of the requirements were met on time.

Alan Ma has been a mortgage broker for many years, and is exceptional at his job. He will search high and low to find the best product available for you. He works with several large financial institutions, including TD bank, CMHC and more. One of my relatives used Alan Ma when purchasing their home a few years ago, and they were very pleased. They commented that the process was pleasant and that he helped them every step of the way. My brother then recommended Alan Ma to me when I was looking for a mortgage broker.
I have also had excellent experiences with Alan Ma, and will continue to use him in the future if I should need another mortgage or refinance my current loan. Alan Ma is the best in everything he does! I had never bought a home before and my coworker who recently bought one through him told me about him. I gave him a call, set up an appointment to meet with him (he was available on short notice) and he helped me to find the perfect place less than two weeks later! One of the many things I like about Alan is he's very patient, answers all your questions (no matter how trivial or silly they may be), and stays on top of everything.
