Do the walk through at the end! I hired Saving Grace for a move-in clean and ended up skipping the final walk through (my fault). Unfortunately a lot of things got missed. Two closets, a set of cupboards and a vanity were not touched and lots of smaller things were missed that I had hoped a cleaning company would have done. I even found an old sponge in the back of a drawer... I ended up going back through and cleaning it again myself. Part of the advertised services was moving the appliances to clean which I had to ask them to go back to do.
Overall, the prior communication was really good, the staff was personable and prompt with responses. Every time I saw the staff they appeared to be working hard too. I recognize that no one is perfect and it was my fault for not doing the walk-through when it was offered, it looked clean on the surface until I started unpacking.

Cody and Saving Grace Pro Clean did a wonderful job on our windows. He took the time to be very detailed as requested and I appreciate how hard he worked to get the job done. I had a frustrating experience with Saving Grace Cleaners in Ladysmith. I initially contacted them via email on July 10 to schedule a move-out cleaning for August 31. They promptly confirmed the booking but did not respond to my follow-up questions until a month later after I left a voicemail. Kate called back, but I missed the calls due to appointments. To avoid further delays, I sent an email to confirm a time for a walk-through to assess the cleaning needs. They scheduled the walk-through for Thursday at 5 pm but failed to show up. The lack of communication and professionalism, including the absence of an out-of-office message and unhelpful voicemail, left me frustrated during a stressful time. Improved communication and customer service practices are needed.

Katherine and Mira are so wonderful. I use their services for both my home weekly, and commercial office space. Mira is so thorough, detailed and she takes great pride in her work.
