This building is a textbook case of wasted potential. From the outside, it should be a desirable place to live — decent layout, promising location, and what could be a secure and welcoming environment. But the reality inside these walls is far from that.
The mismanagement is not just evident — it’s glaring. The lack of any functional security is not only irresponsible, it’s dangerous. No cameras, and no effort to address the revolving door of non-residents, loiterers, or worse — some of whom are clearly intoxicated, aggressive, or in need of serious help that this building is not equipped to provide.
The cleanliness or lack thereof is another major issue. No regular cleaning of hallways, elevators, or shared spaces. Stains, garbage, and strange odors are now just part of daily life here. And that’s not even touching on the smell of weed, constant noise, the kind that makes you wonder if the walls are made of cardboard.
The most heartbreaking part is that this could be a truly great place to live. But instead, it's become a dumping ground due to what feels like a total absence of screening, support, or standards. It’s not just inconvenient it’s unhealthy, it’s unsafe, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. For Anyone considering moving here, well, good luck! But I recommend, at the very least, visit unannounced at night or on the weekend. You'll see the reality: this is not a luxury residence. This is a building in decline and without a complete overhaul of management and a commitment to tenant safety and quality of life, it's only going to get worse.

Do not be fooled by the “family-friendly” label — this building is anything but safe. The hallways constantly smell like meth, and the environment is outright dangerous. There have been assaults in the stairwell, and a knife was even found outside one of the suites. Drug use is openly happening around the property, and there is zero security presence and no cameras to deter crime or protect residents.

The building is dirty and poorly maintained. CRD Management appears completely unaware of what’s happening here — or worse, indifferent. Rules and policies change constantly, seemingly to suit their own convenience rather than improving conditions for tenants.

If you’re looking for a clean, safe, or stable place to live, look elsewhere. This is not a secure or welcoming environment for anyone, especially families.

This is not a 5 star building by any means. And don’t take my word for it, come have a look for yourself.

Zero cleaning of common areas.
Zero sound proofing.
Unhealthy individuals/neighbours who we have to deal with regularly. I would be confident to say they pluck some of them right off the streets and house them without any support. Add to that, management that doesn’t seem to know how to manage.

The above is only a snippet of what supports a 1 star review. This building has the potential to be great, we just need an overhaul of those who are employed to take care of it.
