New condo building with good amenities. Convenient location, no frills on one side and beautiful Douglas park on the other. Close to community centre, library and great restaurants on fraser highway.

We are very impressed with Capreit management. The residents portal app is easy to use, communication is forthcoming on a regular basis. The few times we input a maintenance request, the response was immediate and the issue resolved in a timely fashion. The building is well kept the staff very friendly and helpful. The have community activities on a fairly regular basis, enabling us to meet fellow residents and provides for a great sense of community .

Parque is a wonderful building to call home! It's clean and well maintained by a great management team. There's awesome building amenities offered as well. I love how central you are to everything you need - parks, grocery stores, a community centre, coffee shops and boutique shops all within walking distance. This place deserves 5 stars!

pet friendly with a full time cleaner and maintenance, I really noticed the change in management, when Daine became our Manager everything just flowed super smoothly and I haven’t had any issues since!

I was one of the first tenants to move in and while there has been many bumps along the way with being sold and taken over by a new company, things are slowing falling into place. Daine is a wonderful hands on manager that actually cares about the issues brought forward. I think like many buildings the struggle lays with not having 24/hour resident managers as what was promised when a lot of us did first move in. After hours it’s a free for all with people smoking in common areas (the dog run), parking in all the visitor spots and using their passes pretending to be visitors because they don’t want to pay the absurd fee for parking. When this building was built it was as a building that had electronic vehicles for use so you wouldn’t need a car so parking was added onto our rents. But they’ve taken the car share away and recently upped parking significantly so be prepared for hefty parking fees if you do want to get an actual spot.

Cleanliness is an issue here and again it’s a lot of the owners who are letting their dogs urinate in the elevators and halls and not cleaning up after them but when brought up to the cleaning lady, to this day it is still in the elevator. We used to have someone on site cleaning daily. Now I see someone once a week on the weekend and things stay messy for quite some time so I’m not sure how often there is a cleaner anymore.

I will continue to hold on in hopes things will resolve as this is a wonderful space and place and in one of the best areas.

Excellent facility and amenities. As other reviewers pointed out there was a bit of a transition period when the building sold. However, the new onsite manager Daine has quickly turned things around and is very attentive to even the smallest of concerns.

I loved my time living at Parque on Park. It’s a great building with great amenities and near everything you might need like markets, restaurants, pharmacies and the beautiful Douglas Park. Really familiar and friendly neighborhood and the new management is doing a great job keeping the building clean and working. Thank you!
