He has exceptional knowledge of the market and the qualities and challenges of the communities/neighbourhoods from Delta to Chilliwack. He works to understand exactly what you’re looking for, or effectively prompts you to get clear about what you need; then is an amazing support as he assists you to match those needs.

I interviewed 3 realtors and by far Tyler was heads above; he had asked a few questions when we booked and I was presented with a rich and detailed overview through maps, satellite images and linking into various City websites of the current market, comparisons of communities etc even before I’d committed to work w him. All of this done w grace and no heavy handed pressure.

I was buying in a Seller’s market and I firmly believe I got the exact house I wanted only because of his initiative and negotiation skills. The day the property listed he called the realtor to see if we could get a viewing despite open houses the next few days - the seller got a chance to meet me and I could ask questions. Then, within a multiple offers situation his guidance, years of experience, relationship w other realtors and really great support of me - I was successful. Never did he take over but his support and advice was amazing.
I had included Tyler in one of the three I interviewed because I was so impressed by his professionalism and friendliness at an open house I attended - he was the Realtor and I basically a lookie-loo but he made sure I had no questions and all the info I needed without any pressure.
Buying or Selling he would make a great Realtor for anyone - I have no hesitation recommending him - and I do all the time to friends and people I meet.
You will do well if you work with Tyler on this most important matter of buying/selling real estate.
