Patrick was a fantastic realtor! From the minute we met him, he immediately made my husband and I feel at ease with one of the most important decisions we have ever made which was to purchase our first home. Patrick sat down with us and asked a lot of questions to really understand our needs so he could help us find exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the process, Patrick was quick to respond to our questions and he was a great negotiator when it came down to putting in an offer. After everything was completed with the sale, I appreciated that he still checks in with us from time-to-time to see how we're doing and liking our place. He is a lovely person, a great realtor and pleasure to work with!

Patrick helped us purchase our house and then sell it when we moved away from Vancouver. His service was personal and professional.
