Highly recommend Noel and Associates. They are professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. They treat you like a neighbour not a number. They kept me well-informed throughout the process, explained every step clearly, and ensured everything was handled efficiently and on time. One of the more personalized services was that the Lawyer (Colin-Philip) drove to my mother's residence to have her sign the documents given her limited state of ability. According to her, and she's very discerning, Colin-Philip treated her patiently and respectfully throughout the process, taking extra care to ensure everything was clearly explained and understood. I've completed over 10 Mortgage/Refinance deals with this firm. Once great, their service has drastically declined. During a refinance, they overpaid my lender by over 26k despite my concerns and dismissed my emails. Weeks later, the bank refunded the overpayment. This costly mistake and their dismissive attitude were the final straw for me.
