Carson listed and sold our London (Sunningdale area) Domus condo for $54k over asking. At the time it was a record for the development and Carson played an important role in achieving that outcome. His tour video had extremely high production value which generated a significant number of views and associated interest. His strategy at the time was to hold offers for a week, which worked in our favour as we benefited from a bidding war between two parties. The whole time Carson was professional, measured, composed and confident in his interactions with us and with a steady stream of realtor/consumer inquiries. Because he has strong business and financial acumen he understands how to negotiate from a position of strength, and never appears desperate or so interested in moving product that he forgets the initial strategy or needs of the client. The successful buyers were out of town on the day we were accepting offers, and relied on their children and agent who did the viewing, along with the video to make the decision to bid. Highly recommend Carson if you’re looking for a business professional who is patient, knowledgable, and determined to design and execute optimal strategy. Was very proud to have him represent us in what can be a stressful time. He’s not your stereotypical real estate agent persona. Think educated business/financial advisor who happens to sell real estate.

We met Carson when we randomly messaged him as a selling agent to show us a property he was working. He was easy to work with, showed up on time and did his due diligence to support the sale of that customers home. That one wasn't exactly what we were looking for, but we decided to hire him to support finding our forever home. We dragged him all over from Thamesville to Brigden to Stoney Point for houses. But every time we reached out he was happy to set up the next line of house tours, and drive all over hells half acre to find "the one". Every house he entered he viewed as though he was buying it himself, putting himself in our shoes and looking at the critical items: foundation, roof, electrical, utilities. He always followed up with his expert appraisal, and wasn't upset as we got upwards of 15-20 houses viewed. The best part is when we found the one, and had the pleasure of having Carson represent us at the negotiating table. You will not regret hiring him. Just trust him and his expertise. 10/10 highly recommend.

Carson was amazing, we met with him and he had a specific strategy as to what he thought would sell my Moms house quickly.
The market had slowed down when we put the house up for sale but Carson arranged 15 showings in 3 days. We had 4 offers and the house was sold on the third day.
