Jeff is the agent to sell your home. He is thorough and gives expert advice which is gathered from his years of experience. Listen to him and he will work very hard to sell your home. He recently sold mine for almost the asking price because I listened to him. My house sold within 45 days even in a slow market. He wont "overvalue" your home with false hope like other agents sometimes do, where it just sits for months with no viewings.
