I was in a very difficult situation and I called more than 12 lawyers, advisors, banks, etc. and only Michelle was able to help me find a solution to my complicated house mortgage problem. She was very understanding, patient, and called me on multiple occasions even when I missed her calls. She even followed up the next day to see how I was doing and if I found a solution. I cannot explain in words how much she helped me pass through this house mortgage phase of my life where when I went in, I had very little understanding but Michelle was ready and answered all of my questions without hesitation and gave clear examples to strengthen her points. We had a tricky mortgage with some tight margins and Michelle was amazing at getting my wife and I into a home!
