We sold our first home with Rae-Lyn in August 2024 and she absolutely exceeded our expectations in all aspects. First off Rae-Lyn is so kind, easy to talk too and a great communicator. From start to finish Rae-Lyn was there for us. My husband works away so preparing the home for the market with two young kids by myself was no easy task. Rae-Lyn showed up and literally was on her hands and knees helping me clean and stage our home. She even came back once the house went live to give the home a final wipe down/prep for showing. She communicated with the other realtors well and shared feedback with us. She was open and honest regarding potential flaws in our home that could be turning away buyers and also presented us with options on how to mitigate these flaws. When it came to offers and negotiations Rae-Lyn’s expertise really shines through. She is a skilled negotiator and guided us through counter offers and ended up selling our home for more than we had anticipated. All and all we are so happy with our decision to choose Rae-Lyn to sell our home. She’s not just in this industry for the sale, she genuinely cares and builds lasting relationships.
