I used BlueBird Storage in Cochrane from April - October 2023. I am putting this review up long after the fact because I wanted to give ample opportunity to get it right. I’ve called and emailed many many times with multiple messages and was told by lower level management that upper level won’t call me back, so here we are. When I opened the storage container there were mice droppings and dead mice everywhere including through my stuff. I only took a few pics.

By far... by far(!!) the most impressive storage I've ever used. Over the years I've stored in various locations--always opting for "secure". I never new how very professional, efficient, convenient, clean, and *super* secure such an experience could be. Every locker I used at BB (I had 4, ea. successively smaller as I worked through my stuff) was conveniently and intelligently designed in terms of dimensions, allowing for easy access and arrangement of stacks. The punch-in codes made it stupid-easy to get in at all times, with the added security of the extra outer gate. Excellent and reasonably priced insurance options. Plentiful dollies, access on same-floor. Fabulous, attentive, always-helpful staff (I did some arranging with them long-distance, from another province: they received the movers, gave them access, locked up afterwards and held the key for me at the front desk. It went smooth as silk). Regular security rounds--little stickers appearing regularly on my lock to confirm this. No unpleasant musty smells, no evidence of moisture or mould. No open ceilings. I would rent space with them again in a heartbeat, with full confidence--and I am sincerely happy to recommend them.

We stored nearly all of our belongings at Bluebird from July of 2021 until Oct of 2021, as we built our home. We had easy billing and no hidden fees. Our unit was perfect size and fully secure. I was never worried to add to it alone without my husband because everything at the location felt secure, clean and safe. The staff were awesome as well. None of our belongings were damaged at all. The sites are pristine.

Our first reservation through the Call Centre got lost so we went in person and dealt with Chris and Colleen. Our plans then changed and, again, Colleen and Chris were great in accommodating us, super happy with their service.
