Lived there for 5 years and through a few property managers. The last and current one Donna is an absolute Gem. She treats everyone so well and solves issues as quickly as possible. But it’s the sense of community that she has there that’s amazing. She really makes it feel like home. She goes above and beyond with her residents and I miss her dearly. She also looked after my elderly parent’s with extra care and attention while they were there.

Birch Terrace is an absolutely wonderful apartment buliding, they are pet friendly and absolutely love the pets that explore around. And I will say Donna is one of the nicest and most caring landlords I've met. I highly recommend checking it out. The stafg are amazing.

Birch Terrace is a really nice, pet friendly place to live. My cats and I love it here. The buildings are very clean, and very well maintained. Even through this pandemic the staff have been here and working hard. (Thanks guys!!)

I have been more then pleased with my stay at Birch Terrace. Even though the past few months have been a struggle we have all got through it. I have nothing but praise for Brittney in the office. For one so young she handles emergencies very well, gives encouragement and supportive. The common part of the building is always clean and I don't know how the maintenance person keeps up with it. Thank you for the experience.

Personally I would not recommend this place to anyone .It is unsafe as things that need looking into just get covered up so the place looks good . The floor going to the elevator in C Building is a disaster, it's amazing that nobody has tripped on the uneven floor. As for the staff Charles and Maria are very good but as for Donna she is a very uncaring person. Even when people fall on the ice she is not concerned.

So far, my kids and I have lived here for almost 1 year. It is nice. My only issue is the rain water that collects behind the building - takes too long to absorb into the ground and attracts mosquitos granted we have had more rain this year than in previous years in this town . On a good note - it is one of few places that has a sprinkler system and the fire alarm system is the best I have seen. Manager, Maintenance Personal and Cleaning lady are all very decent ppl. I was beyond grateful for the lowered rent recently. I'm grateful my pets were accepted.out of the neighbors I've met, all are very decent and kids seem to get along well. The only thing I could see making this place any better would be to have a playground swings or something near by or even a indoor play area within the buildings for kids to play safely, and a fenced off area to allow neighbors to socialize their dogs off leash a bit in a safe area. obviously its easier said than done but the thought is great. I appreciate the monthly notices to give tenants highlights of not only things pertaining to living here but things for within our town.

Well after 8 yrs living at Birch Terrace we decided to move to a bigger place only because we need more room. We loved living there the staff have always been awesome never had to ask twice for something to be fixed and the maintenance of the building is above par , I will miss our apartment. Thank you to the staff for helping us make our house a home for the last 8 yrs. Sincerely Celine and Chris Timbers

The rental Apt's are acceptable and fairly well maintained. The only problem is that CNCP rail have their main yard directly opposite the street and they work all night. The noise at time is truly unbearable. Otherwise quite good.
