Before we retired, we dreamed of selling an apartment and buying something in a small quiet town, we met several realtors, and some of them were unprofessional, impatient and money-oriented, not mindful of their rights as a seller/buyer. Meeting Effie Sachami was like finally being able to breathe after being suffocated for so long.
Effie was very patient in answering our seemingly endless questions. She asked questions on our behalf that we hadn't thought of to make sure there were no hidden problems in the home we inspected. Effie was diligent in making sure all inspections were completed, communicating with the seller's agent, and keeping us informed promptly.
We received a lot of good advice on preparing the apartment before showing; our apartment was presented with wonderful photographs and a good description.
The apartment sold in two weeks and we're not sure we could find a better agent than Effie Sachami. If our friends need a good realtor or we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call when the time comes.
