I honestly can't recommend Shane enough. He is ON IT from the very beginning - through to the very end of the process. He knows homes & the inspection side - so was able to walk through & help me prioritize what needed to be done up-front. He helped me manage timelines - and connected me to necessary contractors and resources that offered good pricing, and were reliable.
He brought in top photographers and marketed the home well (even showed up as "home of the day " on FaceBook - alerting other realtors). The write-up for our home was outstanding 😉
He also supplied market data to help me set a good price. In the end he navigated some unbelievable tough market conditions to sell our home for at full price.
He continued to help me manage my way OUT of the home on time, and even brought in cleaners to augment my cleaning, and ensure a smooth transition.
Most important is: Shane is easy to trust & always acts with transparency & high integrity 🙂 Plus - he is enjoys a good laugh! This is so important.
