This was our second time purchasing, and first time selling a home with Adriano, and he was knowledgeable, proactive, and there when we needed him every step of the way.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with Brooke and the team at Team Clarke Realty as we sold our old family home and purchased our new home in the Norgate area.

We worked with Brooke for over a year as she'd check in from time to time with updates on homes we might be interested in until she found us the perfect one off-market. From there, Brooke was basically our project manager helping us get our home in order (no small ask) for showing and staging. She provided guidance on the areas we needed to fix or update in order to get top dollar for our home (we did).

I never left a review about this a few years ago when I sold my house but the impression has stuck in my head since. I decided to sell my home a few years ago with the Clarke team because my parents had sold with Shirley Clarke before and had a great experience. My Realtor was Laura and she did not leave a good impression she wanted to sell the house very quick , she was bad about communicating she would not tell me when we had showings sometimes and the people would just show up and she was rude some of the comments she made were unprofessional. She also told us at the last minute she was going on a two week vacation about a week after we put the house on the market.I would not use Laura again as my realtor this is not a review for the Clarke team. It is a review for Laura she was very unprofessional.
