I feel terrible that almost 2 years later I'm giving a review on the most incredible realtor around, Paula Castellon. We made a split decision one night in early March of 2022 to sell our house in North Vancouver. Upon hearing from a neighbour about Paula, I approached her and within a day I had comparative market reports with absolutely no pressure to list. I was so impressed with her honesty and knowledge that we listed with her in mid March. We were advised what to do to prep our house along with Peggy, a stager, who did an incredible job of making our house look so inviting. Within 2 weeks everything was done including painting and packing. Paula then arranged for a videographer and blasted the house on social a couple of days before it was listed. We had 40 couples come through on the Sat/Sun the first week in April and it sold on Tuesday, with it being on the market for only 4 days at over asking! Paula also helped us with the purchase of a private sale in Penticton. We couldn't have done it without her. She's an amazing lady. Thank you Paula!!
