We had such a wonderful experience with Henry from the Lonsdale Square team. He came in today as the manager to do a walkthrough and take over the unit, and we were truly impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and the way he handled everything with such care and attention.

Henry was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and pleasant. His friendly approach and willingness to assist left us with a very positive and memorable impression.

We also want to give a special thanks to Natalia, who was incredibly supportive and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help us during our move-out period. Thanks to her, we were kindly allowed to stay in the unit for an extra three days without being charged any additional rent. This generous gesture meant a lot to us and made our transition so much easier.

It was such a great experience for me renting from minto apartment. Sarah gave me a really nice and excellent service and also once I moved in Krishna answered all of my questions very well and nicely and every time I asked about something he just explained everything without any hesitation and super quick. What a great experience! Sarah was really nice and professional! She even worked at night to deal with the process when I was in London. Krishna is the nicest manager I’ve ever met. He waited until 8pm to welcome my family from the airport and gave me a thorough briefing. He knows everything about the building which helps to solve every problem easily.
The newly built apartment is fantastic. We’re getting settled so soon in this nice environment!

The experience I’ve had so far over the last month of living at Lonsdale Square is phenomenal. First off the apartments are very roomy and well laid out unlike most other new properties. And the fact that they’re pet friendly with basically no restrictions is wonderful for dog owners like me! Aside from how lovely the building and it’s surroundings are, I have to say that I’ve never met reps and property managers like the ones here. They’re personable, polite, helpful and kind! From Sarah helping with the applications and answering every question I had (and I had lots) to Krishna being just the kindest person ever and taking the time to show me everything and ensure I was satisfied with my new place. Krishna especially has been so wonderful to me as I’ve settled into my new apartment. There were a few things I needed modified and he was there immediately to help me. Every time I see both Krishna and Sarah they’re smiling and greet me (by name) and that makes a huge difference for a tenant in a new building. Knowing that they want to help and ensure you have the best experience with your home is what sets them above the rest! I grew up a block away from where I am now and both of my puppies and I feel right at home!
