There was a lack of personal service and communication with Peter. I would have appreciated a face to face meeting with him to go over the listing documents instead of just receiving an email. We had hardly any contact with him and everything was done by emails with someone in the office. I also would have appreciated a phone call from him at the end to make sure everything was going smoothly and to personally thank us for the listing. It was a lot to pay out in commissions and he could have made more of an effort to earn them.
