Best real estate agency and agents ever! They actually changed our opinions about the profession. We were on a short visit to the Kelowna area and Kaity was able to arrange viewings for us on Easter Sunday! Who does that? Not only that, she listened to us, and didn't waste our time, only taking us to properties that fit our search criteria. The owner of the house we bought didn't have an agent and wanted us to pay the agent fees for Okanagan Lifestyle Group, which is not normal. We considered meeting them half way, but Brody went into battle with a thorough market research analysis and convinced them to pay the fees AND to replace all the poly B pipe in the house, before we took possession, literally saving us tens of thousands of dollars and from weeks of pain. His negotiation skills are second to none! In addition, Kaity and Brody connected us with a broker, who got us the best mortgage rate we could find and an outstanding line of credit, and with a lawyer who managed both the selling of our apartment in Vancouver and the purchase of our house in Kelowna seamlessly. Once the sale was complete, Kaity provided us with a list of "to dos" before we moved in, including contact information for gas, electricity, internet, insurance, BC address change, mail forwarding and security. They are really well prepared to help you transition during your move. To top it all off, they provided us with a rekeying service that they paid for and greeted us with a nice local bottle of wine on the day we took possession. In the competitive world of real estate, it’s the small details that separate the good from the very best. Ladies and Gentlemen, Brody and Kaity are the very best!
