My wife and I worked with Luke and his team on the purchase of our new to us home in smith creek. Lukes services were seamless from the beginning and right through to the end. Very professional.We were looking for a specific format and after dragging him around to see everything available in west kelowna and peachland he pulled a home for us we would have never thought to look at. It ended up being the one. When you live on a mountain it is quite the task to find a house with 3 flat driveways. Well done sir!

Luke is really a student of the real estate craft. He knows what's going on in the market and is ALWAYS crunching numbers on properties just because he can. His knowledge of what is available for first time home buyers as well as for seasoned investors is second to none. Good client care is his first priority. I have used Dean (and his team) to both buy and sell my last two homes, and I can highly recommend him. His passion for real estate is reflected in the hard work he puts in for his clients.
