Had a disturbing experience with a Andy sandu.
I rent a place here in Kelowna that after a month of being at had some questionable practices, a long story for another day.
First I found out my landlords name wasn’t her real name.
Then I found out she is hiding in Alberta as I tried to serve some RTB papers to her and I’ve been denied her address time and time again.
Supposedly she has her son in law or what he says a son figure stay here and control things for her… like lock us out of laundry rooms.
Tell people living in they can’t use the kitchen but charges utitlities, doubles living in single rooms the list goes on not to mention that I’m the only one for 6 months now picking up, cleaning after the roommates messes doing yard work and so on.
I had a struggle this month and couldn’t pay the full rent amount and started gettin calls from the landlord.
I worked out a plan and even offered my deposit for the troubles. I keep the room very clean and do more than my share and have been told this by the lanlord or landlords.
I started getting harassment calls, from multilple people including friends of theirs
, straight harassment, with a rent plan to be paid in place as well mind that, then I found out they are selling the house when I had people walk into my room without notice on 7 different occasions… I mean it just walk right in while I’m in bed.

They started construction inside the house without telling any of us as well… you can imagine the frustration with power tools and banging going on all day inside the house…then to top it off while riding up and down the streets on my bike for a ride I noticed while leaving the back gate that another former tenant I think had plastered posters of how he was mistreated and abused while living here… not to mention the multiple personal stories of past problems after the fact of moving in… I want to bring awareness of this address as I will be moving out at the end of the month. 850 Hollywood road north.. best not to rent anything here..
I also wanted to make awareness of a guy named Andy sandhu who works for royal Le page Kelowna on cooper road… I started receiving calls from a Andy non stop from a few different numbers on top of the other calls and had to actually call his office and talk with his manager where his manager did not know of any of this harassment conduct and I was told he would talk to him and it would stop if it wasn’t right he would be doing it.

The calls stopped now but I want to raise awareness that this particular real estate agent takes things to a uncomfortable level… used manipulative tactics for a issue that he had no buisness in.
He isn’t even a peppery manger for this address and tbh it was very invasive and doesn’t seem like he would stick up for the right stuff and might cause more problems for some one in the long run… best to not use him for buisness either as he isn’t making a good name for himself in Kelowna here. Stirring up stuff with life long generational families of Kelowna.

Just wanted to raise a little awareness of some shady stuff here in Kelownaand I’m
Happy to relate my experience in hope that another doesn’t experience this.
