I can't say enough about this guy. He truly strived for a 10/10 experience for my family and I. He helped us get our first home by simplifying to process as easy as he could. He gave us a checklist that helped us secure everything we needed, in a timely fashion. He also recommended us people to reach out to, if help was needed, including an awesome lawyer.
When we got into the home, we had some issues including a water leak from our septic pump. Later in the evening on the day we moved in, he came back and fixed it himself. I was baffled, as I was quoted several thousands by a local plumber. He has twin girls that aren't even two, and he helped put them to bed and came back and helped us out, on his off time.
Braden has an hvac background and just an amazing personality. He will go above and beyond for you. It's crazy that I truly felt like he genuinely cared for us and vouched for us when needed.
I know alot of real estate agents but this was an incredible experience. I wouldn't want anyone else to help us in the future, when the time comes again.
