Worst company to deal with. Very eager to sign you on but once you sign on they will never answer calls and reply. They will readily charge you for services that they don't provide on time. We were told our property will be leased by Oct 1. We signed with them on Sept 20. After numerous calls, Oct 1st came and went. We were then told Oct 15. We had it with them and tried to terminate the contract and were told we can only terminate after a certain date. They then bring us an offer to lease for the middle of Nov! We can't afford to have our house empty for two months we declined and terminated the contract but now they want us to pay! Every time we call we are just passed along or told someone will call back and no one ever does! Please don't anyone make the mistake of working with these guys!!

Disappointment Regarding Scheduled visit.

I am writing to express my frustration with the handling of our scheduled visit. We had confirmed a date and time that worked for both parties, considering my limited availability due to work commitments. I also confirmed again during a follow-up call, clearly stating I would be there after work.

On the agreed date, I received a call from an unrecognized number while I was at work. As I couldn't answer, I later received a message asking me to call back. My wife promptly did, only to be informed that our appointment was canceled because I missed the initial call.

When I followed up after work, I was told the appointment was being rescheduled for another day. However, we had already waited a week for this date and were excited to visit. Unfortunately, it seems the decision to cancel was based on convenience rather than any genuine issue.

This experience has been disappointing, and as a result, we will be looking elsewhere.

They have no ethics or morals. They initially listed the house for $4,000, then increased the price to $4,200, while still advertising it at $4,000. But that’s not the main issue. They took a $750 deposit from us and collected our information for approval from the owner. Fortunately, the owner approved. They then provided us with papers to sign, which we did, but despite this, they gave the house to someone else without informing us beforehand. Do not hire them, and if you’re looking for a house, beware of their fraudulent tactics. Amanpreet Sandhu and Olti were our agents—both are unprofessional and lack any legal knowledge.
