Finally, a real estate agent who actually answers her phone!
Alexandra Axsen recently sold our home in Black Mountain, in 4 days, and arranged the purchase of our new acreage in the heart of Kelowna.
Alexandra knows the market here in Kelowna. Her pricing strategy for selling our home was top notch and we had unconditional offers in hand within 4 days. She had fabulous attention to detail with our sale, from advice on staging and then taking fabulous photos to post online. She also followed up with viewing agents for feedback.
I found her personality to be truly engaging. She is sincere and showed us countless homes when it came time to purchase.
I was the first person in to view our new dream house, thanks to Alexandra, and the offer was in the hands of the seller asap. Alexandra pushed for our offer to be accepted.
Alexandra was on top of the paperwork and kept us posted with a phone call, text or email along the way. She also responded asap at all hours of the day.

We worked with Alexandra over the course of several months as the buyers ended up requesting a delayed closing. From the beginning Alexandra was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable while taking our concerns and opinions into account. She was kind enough to accommodate our requests and made sure we were getting a good number of viewings. Even after the offer was accepted, and knowing nothing would be happening for a couple of months, Alexandra made sure she kept in contact and was always prompt in responding to our questions. It has been a pleasure to work with such a profession, pleasant person and we highly recommend her!

Alexandra was amazing, she pulled off the impossible of us selling our home and buying a new one with everything lining up, in a difficult market. Her knowledge, expertise, experience and hard work were absolutely crucial to the transaction and were 100% top notch. Alexandra has helped myself and my family sell and buy a number of homes in and around the Okanagan over the last 11 years. Most Recently in the last 6 months, with the sale of my current home and the purchase of a new one. She has helped us through some big life changes by selling our homes quickly in tough markets with rising interest rates, and then helping us through the process of finding our new homes. She is always very quick to respond and seems to always be available. She has personally paid for things to be done in my new homes that weren't done before possession day and really goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
