We can't say enough about our experience with Brandon. His patience, courtesy, competence and diligence are the best we have ever encountered in a real estate agent. Brandon made the process so easy, taking care of every detail, and was consistently helpful even when we needed to be somewhat demanding because of our complicated circumstances. He had great advice about how to prepare our house for market, and smoothed the process, cheerfully taking on even mundane tasks. He is very knowledgable in the well-functioning of a house -- sure knows his way around a mechanical room. An important skill for a realtor is pricing a house well -- Brandon really shines here. We were happy with the selling price, but avoided going too high. He is well connected in the industry, so was able to bring our house to the attention of potential buyers in a much more personal and effective way than the usual electronic marketing methods. That, and the right price, allowed him to find a buyer for us quickly, even in a difficult market. In Brandon you're getting a hard working realtor, not one who just has a lot of flashy advertising. Finally, he referred us to another excellent realtor in Alberta to help us with our next chapter. If you want to buy or sell a house, you won't do better.

Brandon is an outstanding professional realtor and an exceptional individual. He knocked on our door to introduce himself and share with us the opportunity the real estate market was presenting to us right now in the fall. So because of Brandon instead of waiting until next Spring we followed his professional advice and we put the house for sale. He went to work diligently and within 2 weeks from the day he knocked in our door the house was up for sale and it was sold in 4 hours !!.
