I highly recommend Taryn and her team for all your real estate needs. Taryn and her partner Cory, were very informative about the current real estate market trends in our area. They advised us based on their extensive knowledge, but always let us take the lead and make the final decision about what was right for us, with no pressure. Taryn guided us patiently and gently through a very emotional and stressful sale of our property. She went above and beyond to help us with unexpected issues that arose, that were typically not part of her job description. Her assistant, Marlene, was also a great help, very prompt and always available to answer questions or get the details sorted out. We recently worked with Taryn and Cory to sell one home and buy another. In a tough fall market they sold our home within the first week and really went to bat for us in negotiations (you really want these two negotiating deals on your behalf!). We worked mostly with Taryn to buy our new home and she was fantastic! It took multiple showings and a few offers but she turned us on to the perfect home - ticked every box! We were buying from out of town and she really went above and beyond for us arranging for quotes from various trades on multiple properties that we looked at over the course of about 6 months - and as an added perk, she is SO MUCH fun to work with!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Taryn O'Donohue to find our home that we successfully purchased. We moved from the Lower Mainland and my husband was living in Kelowna while I was back on the Coast. Taryn made her schedule flexible for us to show us homes on our schedule, as we both in different locations. She was so patient and professional. When I sent a list of the listings I had seen on Realtor, she would make recommendations of which ones would be worth viewing and ones that wouldn't work based on knowing what were deal-breakers for us. We had a brilliant experience of working with Taryn recently. She was amazing in helping us find our new rental property. It is an understatement to say that words can not describe how easy she made the process for us once we found the place we wanted. She was always available to accompany us to viewings and then throughout the application and lease signing process she made sure, as tenants, we were fully informed on everything that was to be signed and fully protected. The world would be a better place and functioning way more efficiently and happily if more people were like Taryn.
We met at the local dog park and got chatting. I asked her to help me find a new rental house during Covid for my family.

Whether you're a landlord, or a tenant searching for a new place to lease, I cannot recommend Taryn's services enough.
