Eric Steinbach est un professionnel consummateur Il a vendu ma maison et m'a aidé à trouver une autre. Il a offert de bons conseils sur le prix de vente et la vente s'est effectuée de manière réussie dans quelques jours. J'ai eu 3 mois pour trouver une autre maison. Il a été patient et m'a montré un large éventail de maisons différentes. Il n'a jamais essayé de me faire acheter quelque chose sans m'y être obligé. Lorsque je me suis senti incertain, il m'a conseillé de regarder encore un peu. J'ai finalement trouvé la maison idéale et il a mené les négociations avec succès. Eric Steinbach is a consummate professional! He sold my home and helped me find another. He offered good advice about the sale price and the sale was completed successfully in a few days. I then had 3 months to find another home. He was patient and showed me a wide range of different homes. He never tried to rush me into buying anything . When I was unsure, he advised me to look some more. I finally found the ideal house and he undertook the successful negotiations. As he had made 2 deals out of this, he offered me a substantial refund on his fees.

Working with Eric Steinbach and his Real Estate Crew during the sale of my home was a positive experience. To be honest the first time I met Eric I was a bit put off by him but we decided to go with his crew based on a glowing recommendation from a colleague. Sure glad we did.
Eric and his crew are the realtors you want on your side no matter the market. We bought with them in a sellers market and we got our place for asking, even though there were multiple buyers willing to pay more. Later we sold with them in a buyers market and had a quick sale, at a great price with multiple offers to choose from.
This crew complements each other well. Tristan helped us take care of the details involved in selling from changing light bulbs to organizing landscaping. The photography team made sure our house made the best possible first impression where it counts, online. And Eric is 100% the realtor I want at the table anytime I'm making a real estate deal in Kelowna.
