I can't say enough good things about our experience with Lucas. To give a bit of background, my partner and I looked for the perfect house for (3) years. We began our search with a realtor who didn't understand what we were looking for, wasted our time, and did not have a sense of urgency. This led to a friend of ours recommending Lucas. Lucas instantly welcomed us with enthusiasm and really took the time to get to know us. He was prompt, fought for us, and was incredibly honest. It was clear over our multi-year search he was focused on getting us what we wanted. When the perfect house finally came up, he made things happen VERY quickly. Now, in our new home, whenever we have people over, they say, "What price did you get this house for again?". It's because of Lucas. Firstly, it is because he found the listing before it hit the market. Secondly, it is because he was able to get our offer submitted so quickly. Lastly, it is because, even after 3 years, he always kept us in mind.

In short, Lucas made our dreams come true, and if we hadn't switched realtors, this would not have become a reality.

Speaking from past occurrences I really question the services of realtors being justified. As majority of my experiences have been less than pleasant (with that being a compliment). I was referred to Lucas but still held the same expectation of any other realtor that I crossed paths with as Lucas probably thought I would hold him to the same standard judging by our first introduction... Our situation was a bit more complex with negotiating of not a home but a land deal, a land deal in my eyes would never come to fruition.

Negotiations seemed real fast as I did not understand why? But rolled with it. His experience and negotiation skills should be publicized for others in the trade to take note. Our offer for the property was accepted in less than 2 days sticking to our hard dollar budget offer. He got the last laugh proving to me that talent and skill is required in the real-estate market even though he is not a person to gloat he truly is out to work for his clients.
Do yourself a favor and ignore those big billboard signs of desperation along the highway.

We met Lucas through the local climbing Community in Kelowna. When we found out he was a Realtor, we immediately knew we wanted him to help us find our first home. Lucas was amazingly responsive and thorough for every single place we wanted to see. His customized video market analyses were very helpful when trying to decide if a property was good value... and he made one for every place we were interested in. We ended up buying in a strata and Lucas was able to work his magic and get strata approval for one of our pets that didn’t quite meet the strata bylaws. He turned what could have been a deal breaker into a non-issue. Each time we cleared a milestone in the home-buying journey (condition removal, closing, and possession), Lucas was there with beers to celebrate, boxes to help us pack, and house warming gifts to make us feel at home.
