Two years ago during the summer of 2019 as we were contemplating plans for our retirement move from Edmonton to Kelowna we first met Trish. Over the course of a couple days she showed us several properties and educated us on various neighborhoods, even while knowing it would be another year before we were ready to move.
Following this she kept us informed and up to date with new listings in the areas we were interested in.
Then in November of 2020 with the time being right to make our purchase, Trish found us the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. Doing all of this from a long distance is demanding but we found Trish very responsive to our requests for additional information as we needed and in particular she ensured her schedule was open and flexible once we arrived to Kelowna.
I'd say a couple of Trish's outstanding characteristics are her patience as at no time did we feel she wanted to rush us to make a sale and also how she carefully listened and took the time to understand what was most important to us in our new home. We found on several occasions she was the one to notice and point out issues that we may have missed. Having this extra set of eyes along was greatly appreciated.
We have already referred Trish to several other family members and friends. Thanks so much Trish, you made the entire process very enjoyable for us!
