Tammy is an awesome realtor! First, she sold our home in 11 days in August while our view was smoked out and a new roof was being put on. She helped to organize and stage our home. She hired an amazing photographer who took bright beautiful photos of our home. She priced our home right and was able to negotiate a good sale. She advertised and was available everyday for showings. She answers her phone and email promptly. Tammy is organized, calm, proactive and hard working. If you want to sell your house ask for Tammy.
Second, there was only one home we were interested in purchasing. It was a difficult negotiation as buying the home we wanted ended up being between 4 different buyers/sellers. Somehow she managed to make it all work out and all parties happy.
