Such a ridiculous service provided. I was looking to lease a unit in one of the apartment 2825 Islington Avenue. I have been in touch with agent XYZ since day 1 and provided all the documents which was requested within 24 hours or earlier. They mentioned that landlord prefers family only no working professional. Still I tried to convince and provided all the required documentation. Still no luck. At last, I offered to pay more rent $$$ and suddenly they moved forward with my offer and guess what within 24 hours - I received the lease offer on my email which I accepted too and waited for landlord to accept the offer. But rather than accepting or rejecting, It came up with no response from them. Even considering that they will reject the offer but I got a phone call saying that everything looks good on file and then he said he will callback but no call was returned. At least they should’ve said NO if that’s the case instead we waited till last moment and still waiting. The rental date was supposed to start at JUNE 1st. But I guess my address is not changing this month.😃😃 Goodbye!!!

Had a Really BAD experience with parag garg. Leased out a house - no proper communication (always making excuses for not answering the calls ) even after signing out leasing papers we got our house 15 days late. He was very rude when we were trying to communicate with him if we will get the house or no. All he cares about his commission even if you are literally sleeping on street after leasing a house he dont care.
0/10 experience
Poor communication
No proper documentation ( his name is nowhere on the paper whereas he dealed with us)

If he is doing this to tenants iam really for the buyers or sellers.

Aman is the worst realtor to deal with when you are going through an already stressful and uncertain process of selling and purchasing a home. His disrespectful and shady demeanour just adds to a horrible experience. My parents were left homeless after his client had the audacity to extend the deal only a few days before closing with uncertainty of funds. My parents had already quit their jobs and found new ones in the new town they were to move to ~ 2 hours away from the home they were selling. My parents had to rearrange their plans, make mortgage payments, incur extra costs, and hope their new jobs would be willing to agree to this set back. On the new set closing dates, Aman's clients left my parents homeless - the house closed at the 11th hour disallowing their new purchased home to be closed in time. Aman had the audacity to call my parents not to ask how they are doing or apologize for the inconvenience, but rather throw it back in their faces that if my parents had allowed Aman to lend them money, this wouldn't have to be this way. As per my knowledge, a realtor is neither a financial institution or a financial advisor and has no right to meddle in these now legal situations. I am so thankful that my parents have a lawyer they have known and trusted for over 25 years to support them in this troubling time. I would NOT recommend Aman and this slimy agency to anyone. I would give zero stars if I could. Really horrible experience.

Very Unprofessional, I own a property management company in London, Ontario, had a young physician and his wife come down from Toronto a 2 and 1/2 hour ride to look to lease a house at 11 p.m. at night for they work in the day time, because I called their real estate agent at 11 p.m. at night because the key code to the lock box was not working he refused to give me the proper code, my clients had to drive all the way back to G.T.A. area wasted trip, then I found out that he had the nerve to hire my competition in whom I have a court Judgement against. Their agent never answers his cell phone, some people know nothing about the importance of lead response time. This is very unprofessional work ethics.

Gurmail Dhillon is very unprofessional. I sent an offer for a house in Brampton and the description he wrote for the house that the basement is included. Not only it wasn't included but there was no separate entrance for the basement. basically, he wanted to rent the basement and let someone lives with my family without writing this in the description. Total waste of time.
