Please do not invest with this person. We bought a property he was advertising in Port Colboune in 2017. The so called builder did not exist, we signed the agreement in his office and gave a $ 50,000 deposit. All cheques were cashed by him and there was never any development. We are still pursuing the issue, this was a fraudulent transaction and we were conned by him and his sales team. The so called builder was OHM, which was this Jeevan Punni. Buyers beware. He should not be trusted. If you have any questions on the situation reach out here. I would have given a 0 rating if possible.

It's funny you respond to me after several attempts to contact you and your sales team especially Minnie Dandona. All I ask is to get our $ 50,000 deposit back that you cashed. I contacted the police just to find out that OHM was a fraudulent company and you are the one who set up the sales office at your brokerage in Brampton.

I bought pre-construction with Sahil Punni and Surveen Kaur. Horrible Experience with them, Before selling they liked doing everything, once we bought the house from them, they never picked up the call, their after-sale service is pathetic.

I liked Jeevan because at this point of time I want to concentrate on pre construction homes and condos and he looks to be the expert in this segment.

He takes pain to involve his team with motivation in meetings. He pushes everyone to work hard and grow independently after self learning.
