⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service & Great Selection!
I always have a great experience at Home Depot. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help with any project. Whether I need tools, lumber, or home improvement advice, they always have what I’m looking for. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find items, and checkout is quick. Their online ordering and pickup service is also very convenient. Highly recommend for all DIYers and professionals

It's definitely different than most Home depots. The layout isn't a normal one but it does work. You'll find what you need but you may have to ask. Which isn't a big deal because everyone there is friendly.

I like home depot but most times the staffs are never to be found. I went in to pay my credit card, I stand there and two of the cashier just chatting ...ignoring me until I decided to ask them if they can assist. The need to work on their staffing.

Love this area… first timer….. went to Indian restaurant there…. Yummm 😋 love that place … it’s quit shopping 🛍 area…. But today was rainy day so just head to restaurant … but I will go there soon 🔜 for sure

Went to Home Depot at this centre. Associates were very helpful in selecting the plumbing parts. It not only saved me time but helped make an economical yet proper functioning decision. Store has isles identifying materials saving search time. Clean and bright store.

The manager here is rude. The associates working are never available for query. You have to hunt for the right associate.
I was in appliance department and I wanted to ask some questions about fridge. There was no associate. I went to the counter to request to send an associate. I then returned to appliance department and waited for 15 min. Then I went again to the counter and asked. Interestingly he has not communicated to anyone to go to appliance department. When asked, I was told that he is covering someone else's work and I was directed to the store manager. Instead of listening to my complaint, he told me to go to the same person who sent me to the Manager. Before I could even say something, one security lady told me to listen to the manager and go to the associate.
Instead of addressing my grievance, asking a security to push me away is extremely rude and should not fall under customer care category and Home Depot's policies.
Home Depot should conduct training for all managers on customer care, Listening skills and communication skills.

I walked out totally unsatisfied.
