I’ve had the pleasure of living at 8 Silver Maple Court for the past few months, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The complex is situated in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood, providing a peaceful living environment while still being conveniently close to major shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation.

I toured 8 Silver Maple Court recently and honestly, I was pretty impressed. The units have been newly renovated and give off such a modern vibe – super clean and bright. This appartment is getting very bad - lots of roches in every floor - every day there is a construction and cant sleep well - and every 6 months the increase the rent so it a good place for those who are living for 15 - 20 years not for new resedents and the ladys in the office is always in a bad mood any one can post there reviews that no one can lease this appartment and anyone under this managment.

The building is kept very clean, well maintained and when requesting a maintenance repair the app makes it convenient and the maintenance team is quick to respond. We highly recommended living here and can’t say enough nice things about the community in the building as well.
