My parents have lived in the same home for 47 years. After my father passed a year ago the home was no longer the right fit for my Mom. We found her a spot in a great retirement community close to us. But now we had to arrange the move and sale.

She had accumulated a lot of stuff over the years and at 86 years of age, was feeling overwhelmed by even the small things. We live an hour away and could only come to help periodically.

I screened a handful of agents and right from the beginning was impressed with Jesse. He was organized and efficient in his communications with me, while being patient and responsive to my mom.

I expressed my concerns about my our availability and my mom's ability to remove junk, get packed, etc. Jesse was fantastic. He sent labourers over to move boxes and furniture, and got rid of all the junk.
