I've been living here since 2016 and I'm enjoying the environment and especially the management. They are very kind and helpful people.

Hands down the WORST experience ever. Office staff do not acommodate any requests. Water gets shut off with no prior notice all the time. People park in no park zones all day every day blocking the driveway. Office lady told my daughter and I to wait outside in the cold so she could type an email even though the waiting seating area was empty.

Nothing at these apartments ever gets repaired or replaced. And, I'm referring to the inside alone. That is until long after you have gone. There are some other issue's, too!

Building have a tons of bed bugs and don’t know what kind of treatment they do bugs will be still there.

The work done by capreit maintenance staff was excellent and on time. The ice frozen inside refrigerator was thick like brick,and was blocking all open passages & channels. All frozen ice was cleared n removed efficiently. What seemed like many days work was finished in about two+ hours. Thank you Capreit & regards.
