We've been in the market for several years and came across this firm by fluke. I can tell you one thing these guys are hands down professional and they actually care about giving you top notch service. We worked with both Amrinder Chahal & Charanpreet, we had many questions, maybe a little too much, but both were very supportive in our house hunting. They fulfilled all our needs, gave us our space and provided truthful feedback both positive and negative to give us a perspective that one sometimes would overlook when buying a property. Definitely two thumbs up for these guys as they went out of there way, to make us feel comfortable! No pressure to buy, they always said take your time, there is no rush! At the end of day we found what we desired and they were both there to guide us along the way, they worked for us, they supported us and most of all they never left us hanging dry. We were a fully integrated team! I highly recommend working with these two individuals for an experience that is off the charts.

Be aware of this Brokerage. Very unprofessional (Scammers, please read other reviews from their different branches). They don’t check the financials on their clients before putting offers in, they don’t notify you if their clients can’t close anymore. Ravi is unresponsive to any mediations. Made a complaint against them to the real estate board. Save yourself the trouble of a lawsuit against them. I wouldn’t recommend working with them as they are not ethical or professional.
