Based on my experience and opinions

My family has been harassed by this company for almost two years now, If anyone has similar stories please contact me I’d love to know the outcomes and how you resolved these issues when the company is non compliant with coming to solutions. THIS COMPANY doesn’t seem to have the capability to deal with people or buildings so it’s astonishing how they have a company like this. The company continues to harass my family and I daily and we need help. Has anyone gone the legal route and what was the outcome because that is how far we are willing to go. In my opinion I wouldn’t trust this company with my coffee order let alone my money! If you know what’s good for yourself and your building DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY in my opinion. Lastly has anyone gone to the media about this company? I feel that will be the last resort if nothing changes! Please let me know your concerns and outcomes because this may help. Again beware of this company IN MY OPINION they seem to have no values and find loop holes within their own bylaws.

Garage door falls on tenants car and they won’t acknowledge emails or refund deductible paid by tenant. Malfunction of garage door not tenant’s responsibility but condominium corporation as per the law!!! Yet after numerous emails no response!! Horrible company

Terrible company that is very unprofessional. I question their interpretation of Condominium Act of Ontario. Have no trust in them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

In 2020, our G3 condo manager provided wrong information to residents, instead of researching our declaration and rules. This led to conflict and a new manager assignment, but he still works for G3. The replacement was fantastic, on top of everything, but got head hunted and left. She was worth her weight in gold, but G3 could not keep her. The third manager - in under 3 years - tried, but she was overwhelmed with too many personal commitments, issues, and absences. There was always excuses. Board meeting dates got changed constantly and some got missed because of her schedule. She told me when she got back from vacation last summer, her manager loaded her up with 21 properties and assigned a helper she didn’t know what to do with (she turned out to be useless), and our manager was a limited licensee herself. That means she requires direct supervision under CMRAO guidelines, but we never saw or heard from her supervisor unless there was a serious problem. We gave her LOTS of chances and opportunities to improve but items kept slipping. A year after the 2023 spring walk through, some things were still not implemented and some got “forgotten”, which cost the board more money. AGM minutes from March were still just handwritten scribble notes on her desk in July. We told her senior management we needed better support, and got lip service and empty promises. We therefore provided 60 days termination notice, and that’s where it got really unprofessional. Gayle Sargeant, G3 owner, got involved and treated us poorly out of spite for firing them. She accused Board members of things they didn’t do and tried to throw them under the bus at every opportunity. All we got in the last 60 days was financial reports from her admin team, excuses, lies and grief from her. Days after providing notice, she had her admin send us notification that their fees were increasing for office supplies, photocopies, etc. This was a spiteful move to charge us more money, knowing we were going to need all our records as part of the transfer to the new management company. They resisted electronic communication – wanted everything printed and expected the Board to distribute it door-to-door like it was 1990 all over again.
As a reminder, the condo management company works for the Board, not the other way around. In the last 60 days, Gayle acted like she was firing us, saying WE broke trust. Condo management is a tough industry, and retaining good managers is even tougher. These companies need to treat their condo managers and Board members with respect and dignity, not overwhelm them with high workloads and big talk. G3 has much work to do to regain any semblance of professionalism.

Considering the numerous different types of people (owners, residents, contractors ect.) I have found Corey & Barb to very helpful and friendly. Few realize the amount of time and effort it takes to manage most buildings. Pretty much daily problems arise and most owners figure the universe revolves around them. Also finding the right contractor to handle various tasks can be difficult.

I wish I could give them less than this, Mr. J3ff who is the property manager at @ 1 Wellington Brantford - ticketed guests car when it was in VISITORS parking 🅿️, the ticket was absolutely invalid as the car WAS NOT parked in someone's alloted car parking.

They falsely ticketed us.

I reached the Magnum more than 3-4 times, left voicemails but no call backs.

At once we were thinking to buy this property but looking at the management - I am thankful we didn't.

Has to be the worst property management company in Brantford. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
