I love this store! It’s my go to for stocking up on household items like cleaning supplies and toiletries for a fraction of the cost. Always worth a stop to browse for new stock and cool items. The staff is lovely and always helpful. The fact that it’s family owned and locally operated is even better! I always like to support local when I can 😊

My personal opinion:
They have some great products, and the staff is friendly and helpful—but here’s the thing: I recently bought a brand-new bicycle from Costco for $299 with a full warranty, while the exact same bike here was priced at $499 and sold as-is. I also saw a garden hose for $70 as-is, when a better one at Costco was $40—this left me puzzled.

From what I understand, this store buys pallets of returned, defective, or out-of-warranty items and resells them, often at prices higher than other retailers. Good for them—they’re running a profitable business. But for customers like me, who end up paying more for less? It raises questions about value and fairness.

Take a look behind the cashier at the electronics section—the prices are the same as Amazon, but without any warranty. And their auction site? Honestly, it seems like that’s where they unload the stuff they can’t even display in the store.

Unfortunately, I won’t be making any more purchases from them. Lesson learned.
