I moved out of the house in June of 2019, in which I also contacted Glen Brown to advise him that I was moving out and my daughter, who lived there as well, had her husband move in. Glen Brown was aware of this as well. He spoke with my son-in-law and took his information and that was all he did. He never told me that I had to sit down with them to remove my name from the lease and in all that time he had deal with Randy and he knew that I no longer lived there. Last May 2024 my daughter and her husband separated and he moved out. My daughter continued to live there but stopped paying the bills. She told me that she was paying everything, however she did not. I have since found out that the hydro was still in my name and I have a huge bill. The property manager Glen has informed me that I am liable for 1/2 of the past due rent and other charges because I am still on the lease. He never informed me that I had to formally remove my name from the lease. He knew I moved and he unlawfully failed in his duty as property manager to inform me about the lease and now tells me too bad. I’m 70 and I have the beginning of vascular dementia and he wants my last days to be in court constantly to fight for my rights
